Being a Family run business, sourcing local products, and using our award-winning Chefs allows us to create the perfect event you and your guests will remember for years.

Our team of chefs take immense pleasure in sourcing the finest Clare produce on the market, be it our locally sourced Pigs which are hand picked to order, our Quality Clare Beef used in our Burgers, and even down to the local Market Vegetables that are right on our door step.

However, all these ingredients need treating with the upmost respect, and with our chefs we only guarantee perfection in the cooking of them.
