The Burren National Park is located in the southeastern corner of the Burren and is approximately 1500 hectares in size. The Park land was bought by the Government for nature conservation and public access. It contains examples of all the major habitats within the Burren: Limestone Pavement, Calcareous Grassland, Hazel scrub, Ash/Hazel Woodland, Turloughs, Lakes, Petrifying Springs, Cliffs and Fen.

Walks. You can see magnificent sightings of the famous Poulnabrone dolmen. As well as a
walking tour, Hotel Woodstock offer a 10% discount on the helicopter tour available for all

The Michael Cusack Visitor Centre is a great place to be involved in a cultural,
historical and educational tour. The Burren Visitors Centre has many facilities like gift shops,
cafes, restaurants and picnic areas for a day full of fun.
